Madhu has over 20+ years of experience in Starting & Leading Businesses. His last venture Uni Talent Management & Consulting Solutions was a boutique consulting organization was bought by an Oman based group. He is also a SME on Leadership Development & Coaching & Mentoring in India,ME, Europe and Asia Pacific regions, Madhu has worked with companies like Wipro, LG, Toyota,Accenture & Saudi Telecom Company.
He advises as Business Advocacy Director on the boards of Asian Arab Chamber of Commerce,Latin American & Caribbean Trade Federation of India.
An IIM L and Symbiosis alumnus, he has also authored a book ‘Vikram & the Smiling Man’ which talks about his entrepreneurial journey.
Vincent Arokianathan, COO
Vincent has over 20+ years of experience at various management levels across Banking, Insurance, and Financial Services, for both Indian and UK companies, Vincent has managed different verticals like Learning & Development, Financial Literacy, Community Engagement, etc. where the focus was more on empowerment, financial sustainability & social returns.
He was also an agri-entrepreneur and co-founded Naturoponics, which focuses on providing fulltime employment for farmers and providing quality supplies of farming products.
He is an alumnus of Loyola College, Chennai.
Babu Thomas, CTO
Babu has over 25+ years of experience in design and development of enterprise applications and setting- up IT architecture for global projects, Babu has managed large tech verticals like Data Warehousing,Hospitality, Banking, Healthcare and community platforms like Swachh Bharat, |ChangeMyCity.
He co-founded GreeneStep Technologies, which is into ERP solutions with operations in India,United States and Singapore.
Govindaraju P, Head – Strategic Partnerships
Govindaraju is a Post graduate in Social Work, alumnus of the University of Mysore and also possesses Postgraduate Diplomas in Translation and HRM. He is also a certified Social impact assessor through Brown University through their CITI program.
Govindaraju has overall 15 years of work experience and has worked as a Clint educator, Project manager, Learning and Development specialist in organizations like Kinara Capital Pvt Ltd, Accion India, Janalakshmi Financial Services (Jana Small Finance Bank), and many other Non-Govt Organizations.
Mohan K Pattabiraman, Chief Audit Officer
Mohan is a Commerce alumnus of Vijaya College and also possesses a certificate in Forensic accounting and fraud examination from the West Virginia University. He is also a certified ISMS lead auditor and Business Excellence assessor and brings with him successful experience of implementing and auditing ISO quality management systems, ISMS audits, GMP audits and Social Responsibility Audits. He has nurtured his passion for Internal Audit for 27 years. He is also an expert in Forensic Auditing, Fraud Examination, Fraud Deterrence, Business Excellence Assessment & Enterprise Risk Management.
Mohan is a Certified Internal Audit trainer and has successfully developed content and conducted numerous workshops and trainings for The Institute of Internal Auditors, Tanzania (IIA Tanzania) and the African Federation of Institute of Internal Auditors during the years 2005-2010. He was recognized for his outstanding contribution as a founder & member of the Board of Governors of IIA Tanzania and also as a volunteer resource person to the National board of Accountants and Auditors of Tanzania.
Mohan has worked as Chief Audit Officer for multiple NBFCs in India. In his role, Mohan contributed to deliver value as Conscience Keeper & Critical Advisor of the management, Assurance provider to the Board Audit Committee on Governance, Risk Management and Controls & as pulse taker of business trends.
